This presentation explores the transformative capabilities of parcel fabric technology in modern land and cadastral management. Designed to streamline and enhance geospatial workflows, parcel fabric offers a robust suite of features that support the extraction of COGO measurements from legal documents, visualization of parcel lineage and historical records, and seamless access across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. It empowers users to work offline with synchronized updates, collaborate in multi-editor environments through versioned web services, and deploy flexibly—on-premises, in the cloud, or via SaaS solutions like ArcGIS Online. Parcel fabric also integrates effortlessly with external applications, supports 3D parcel modeling, and introduces configurable quality assurance tools to detect and resolve common data issues. By disrupting traditional field data collection workflows and enabling repeatable task-driven processes, this technology redefines efficiency and precision in land administration. Join us to discover how parcel fabric is reshaping the future of spatial data infrastructure.
