Creating official topographic maps with QGIS - problems and solutions

About
The Project Smart Mapping is a working group of the Working Committee of the Surveying Authorities of the Laender of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV).
Developers from the surveying administrations of the federal states and the Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) are jointly developing process solutions
for the fully automated derivation of new official AdV standard products under the "basemap.de" label.
In addition to VectorTiles and raster web maps, these are also presentation editions focussing on printable topographic maps at fixed scales.
Due to the very high cartographic requirements for topographic maps, the Smart Mapping working group is currently in the process of converting the previous product derivation (rasterisation
of VectorTiles visualised with MapLibre libraries) to visualisation and output using QGIS.
Using the example of the P10 (presentation output at a scale of 1:10,000), the presentation includes the fully automated visualisation through to product output.
The focus will be on data preparation in the PostGIS database and special visualization problems and solutions in QGIS.
