When you think of the skyline of Frankfurt am Main, you expect to see mainly office skyscrapers. But in the last 15 years, residential high-rises have also increasingly taken their place there. The lecture shows how these residential high-rises differ from the usual apartment blocks in the city and what makes a flat there so special.

The valuation of high-rise buildings, especially office towers, places special demands on real estate appraisers. Using various high-rise projects, particularly in the Frankfurt metropolitan area, the specific value factors involved in the valuation of office towers will be illustrated.
